Okay. Fell off the wagon. Today is the day. It starts over. I need to do the following:
1. Stop partying so much. It is SO easy to eat a ton of junk food.
2. Get to bed earlier and wake up earlier. I need to set a designated time for going to bed, that way I don’t just fall asleep whenever. And I need to start getting up earlier, I’ll start pushing the time earlier and earlier in increments of 15 minutes.
3. Cut soda out completely. Substitute with Mio water flavors (LEMON!!!!)
4. Need a snack? Eat a piece of fruit (always keep the house FULL of fruit)
5. Allow one cheat meal a week. Make a list of the foods that are not okay to eat unless it’s a cheat meal.
6. Work out: cardio at least 4x a week, p90x at least 2x a week.
7. Drink ALL the water!!!!
